Intermediate Course with Eugene Grimley

 Course Outline

This is a follow on course aimed at those who have completed a beginners course and practised for at least one year and wish to advance their woodturning skills.

This is a two day course.

Courses run from 10am to 4.30pm with tea/coffee breaks and lunch. The course is restricted to four students each working individually on the lathe which maximises hands on experience and teaching attention/guidance tailored to each students’ needs.

The workroom is equipped with four lathes to ensure that each student gets the fullest possible benefit from the course.

The course is held in a fully insured workshop under the guidance of Eugene Grimley.

To comply with Covid-19 guidelines each student will have a protective screen to separate each lathe.

There will be no sharing of equipment each student will have the use of a lathe, tools, sharpening system, finishes etc.

All equipment will be sanitised before each course.
