  • Plastic Bracket for Wall Mounting Hose. For use with 100mm diameter hose, or smaller, the wall hanging bracket will allow you to fix a hose line to the wall or ceiling. Comes complete with fixing screws and raw plugs.
  • This tapered quick connector will give a simple push fit onto most 100mm diameter dust extraction outlets. Ideal for moving an extractor between several machines with 100mm outlets. It can be moved from table saw to bandsaw to planer in seconds. The other end of the fitting has a threaded design which screws into the inside of our 100FLEX 100mm diameter hose. 100QC is for 100mm diameter hose only. Please note: The 100QC has a right handed thread and is therefore suitable for right handed hoses as supplied by Charnwood. Other hose manufacturers may use a left hand thread.
  • Connecting an extractor to a machine is no longer a struggle with this easy fit cuff on the end of the hose. It glides effortlessly onto any 100 mm outlet.
  • When more than one hose line has been set up, it is advisable to close off all the inactive lines using these gates to ensure maximum airflow along the active line. Two 100mm hose clamps are required to fasten the hoses securely. For use with 100mm hose only.
  • When more than one hose branch is being used, it is advisable to close off all the inactive lines using these gates to ensure maximum airflow along the active line. These aluminium blast gates are far stronger than the plastic ones and are therefore more suitable to a trade or professional environment. The centre plate simply slides between the open and closed position and can be locked in position. The blast gate has two 100mm (4") connections. Our 100mm hose can be connected directly and secured with a hose clamp, 100HC. Blast gates can be attached directly to a 100mm diameter outlet on a machine using a tapered joining sleeve, 100SL. Gates are also commonly attached to a splitter (T-Branch or Y-Branch) using a tapered joining sleeve. You can mount the gate wherever is the most convenient position.
  • When running hose around the workshop, it is sometimes easier to use an elbow at the corners rather than run the flexible hose around. Two 100mm hose clamps are required to fasten the hoses securely. For use with 100mm diameter hose only.
  • This handy product allows you to join two other fittings together without having to use hose. i.e. Joining a 100Y Y-Piece onto a 100E Elbow. The sleeve is tapered internally so there is no need for hose clamps.
  • 100 to 57 mm reducer, for use with bench machines or power tools.
