  • T shaped branch: To split a hose line into two branches when creating multiple connections. Sometimes the T shape is an advantage when creating a hose network, however the airflow is not as efficient as with the Y shaped branch.
  • When more than one hose line has been set up, it is advisable to close off all the inactive lines using these gates to ensure maximum airflow along the active line. Two 100mm hose clamps are required to fasten the hoses securely. For use with 100mm hose only.
  • When more than one hose branch is being used, it is advisable to close off all the inactive lines using these gates to ensure maximum airflow along the active line. These aluminium blast gates are far stronger than the plastic ones and are therefore more suitable to a trade or professional environment. The centre plate simply slides between the open and closed position and can be locked in position. The blast gate has two 100mm (4") connections. Our 100mm hose can be connected directly and secured with a hose clamp, 100HC. Blast gates can be attached directly to a 100mm diameter outlet on a machine using a tapered joining sleeve, 100SL. Gates are also commonly attached to a splitter (T-Branch or Y-Branch) using a tapered joining sleeve. You can mount the gate wherever is the most convenient position.
  • Plastic Bracket for Wall Mounting Hose. For use with 100mm diameter hose, or smaller, the wall hanging bracket will allow you to fix a hose line to the wall or ceiling. Comes complete with fixing screws and raw plugs.
  • This tapered quick connector will give a simple push fit onto most 100mm diameter dust extraction outlets. Ideal for moving an extractor between several machines with 100mm outlets. It can be moved from table saw to bandsaw to planer in seconds. The other end of the fitting has a threaded design which screws into the inside of our 100FLEX 100mm diameter hose. 100QC is for 100mm diameter hose only. Please note: The 100QC has a right handed thread and is therefore suitable for right handed hoses as supplied by Charnwood. Other hose manufacturers may use a left hand thread.
  • Connecting an extractor to a machine is no longer a struggle with this easy fit cuff on the end of the hose. It glides effortlessly onto any 100 mm outlet.
  • Y connector for use in 100 mm diameter workshop dust extraction systems to reduce down to 63 mm. 100 x 100 x 63 mm.
  • 100 to 57 mm reducer, for use with bench machines or power tools.
  • A plastic dust collector hood with a wide mouth at one end and a round hose connection at the other. Suitable for use with standard 100mm diameter flexible hose. You may need a hose clamp to secure the hose to the round end (100HC). Ideal for Collecting dust and chips from small lathes, sanding discs or any other machinery which did not originally come supplied with a purpose made dust collection point.
    Charnwood DH410 Specification
    Mouth Opening 410mm x 320mm
    Hose Connection 100mm Diameter
    Depth 260mm
If being used with a multiple branch hose system, a shut off gate (100G) can be attached using a sleeve (100SL) to join the two parts together. A hose can be attached to the other end of the gate and secured with a clamp (100HC).

  • 4 Piece Stepped Hose Reducer, consists of 4 pieces which can be joined and used as a single reducer or split to give a variety of options. The fittings are all tapered so a millimetre each way should be OK to give decent fit. Can be used to reduce from 100mm diameter hose down to;
    1 2 3 4
    Outside Diameter 68 45 40 35
    Inside Diameter 62 40 34 28

This plastic connector can be used for stepping up or down in hose sizes. It can also be used for connecting a hose line to machinery with a different sized outlet.
  • 2.5 metres of flexible hose for use with 2.5" diameter systems.
  • Self supporting extraction port and hose, ideal for woodturning, 660mm in length. This is an official LOC-LINE® product, the original and best modular hose. Suitable for 2.5" systems.
  • This extremely flexible dual-purpose adaptor can be used either as a stepped power tool adaptor or to create a bespoke dust extraction port. If the dust producing machine has no extraction port, this adaptor can be attached using the four screw holes in the flange, allowing a suitable hose to be connected to it. The adaptor can also be used to connect directly to a 2.5" diameter extraction system and the stepped profile be adjusted to suit the port of the power tool.
  • To connect 2.5" diameter ducting together.
  • Y connector for use in 2.5" diameter workshop dust extraction systems.
