Record Power Spindle Roughing Gouges designed for use between lathe centres on parallel grain, the deep and wide flutes of these gouges remove material with speed. Ideal for roughing out spindle blanks but they can also be useful for some finer work. -
6mm hook and straight mini carbide set. Excellent carbide tools for boxes and small hollow forms. Bars are made from stainless steel for strength. The hook is forged to shape with the cutter tipped slightly downwards for easy controlled cutting. Max depth is recommended as no more than 5-6" deep for this set. -
