Description
Wipe a thin coat with a stockinette or clean cotton cloth, leave overnight to dry and cut back lightly with 320 grit or 0000 grade wire wool (for best results use the paper and then the wire wool to achieve a flat surface for the second coat). Apply at least 3-4 coats for kitchen worktops every 5-8 hours minimum. After 1-2 years, if the surface is over-used and worn, simply abrade surface and apply more coats. Fine wire wool when dry will produce a matt type finish.
